Programme et calendrier des séances

- Analyser tous les aspects d'un sujet et élaborer des problématiques pertinentes;
- Choisir et exploiter à bon escient les citations et les connaissances historiques apprises au cours de l'année;
- Écrire avec aisance, clarté et élégance en anglais et en français.
Nous utiliserons ces œuvres et sujets pour les exercices d'entraînement:
- Shakespeare, King Lear, Arden Shakespeare, éd. Foakes, 1997;
- Brontë, Jane Eyre, Norton, éd. Dunn.
- Le débat sur l’abolition de l’esclavage en Grande-Bretagne : 1787-1840
- Le Sud de l’après Guerre de Sécession : de la Reconstruction à la re-ségrégation (1865-1896)
